This man can be funny. If you feel like crying, do it there. Let’s lean to the right. Maybe there is the safe zone.
Those in front have already been engulfed, while those behind are gradually fading away.
One body faces forward, looking to the left. Another person’s hands rest listlessly on their thighs.
I used to think these fantasies were real. But I have never thought of them as false.
Now I can only believe that they once existed. I remain in refuge.
Some memories do not disappear. They are buried under what continues to grow.
